Defensive Tactics Training
MONAD provides basic two-day training courses for security officers delivered by a world class Instructor Tom Sharkey,
The training focuses on
- The application of the law pertaining to use of force
- Conflict resolution
- Defensive tactics
- Handcuffing
- Control of violent persons
- Close order training with evaluations
- Certification and completion of the course.
The MONAD re-certification program is recommended annually to all trained officers who have completed the two-day course.
