Dino Doria | President and CEOdino@monadsecurity.com

Dino Doria brings a wide range of experiences – having served in the Canadian Armed Forces Medical Corps and the Toronto Police Service where he earned twenty-eight years of police experience in both proactive and investigative work. During his career in law enforcement he has worked with national and international law enforcement agencies, local and state governments, schools and diverse communities in promoting pro-active security measures adapt to their localities.

He was involved in dignitary protection details for heads of state in Canada, Europe, United States, South East Asia, State of Brunei, and North Africa. Dino is an international guest lecturer on extremism and anti-terrorism. He is also an adjunct professor with California State University, San Bernardino, CA. In 2003, he travelled to St. Petersburg, Russia with a delegation of San Francisco police department where he trained Russian police officers on special investigations and practical policing programs. Since 1995, Doria continues to deliver “train the trainer” seminars for State, Local and International Law Enforcement Agencies. He is a curriculum advisor and S.T.A.R. instructor for the Department of Homeland Security, Federal Law Enforcement Center. read more

James Clark

Founder, Former President and CEO
James Clark co-founded Monad Security Audit Systems in 1997. Prior to the founding of MONAD, Jim acquired over 35 years of experience in the field of policing, security, and police management. As a Deputy Chief- Field of Command for the Toronto Police Service Jim Clark developed expertise in management, administrative and investigative functions, and operational planning and strategy. Special assignments included conferences all over North America and Europe as well as being involved in several special consulting and contract work including an invitation from the Russian government to review the City of Moscow’s Police Force.

Bette Clark

Founder, Forensic Artist
A co-founding member of MONAD Security Audit Systems Inc., Bette Clark worked as a forensic identification artist for the Toronto Police Service.  Over the years her unique expertise in this field earned her the reputation of the most sought after forensic artist consultant in North America and abroad. Bette worked for numerous police services throughout the world.  She has consulted on cases from many countries including England, France, Belgium, Greece, China, Australia and Brazil. She has appeared on television shows such as “Top Cops”, “Unsolved Mysteries”, “Exhibit A”, CBC’s “Witness” and most local and national news broadcasts.

Roy Brenham

Founder, Forensics
As a co-founding member of MONAD, Roy Brenham brought over 33 years of policing experience as he worked as the Officer in Charge of the Forensic Identification Services unit for the Toronto Police Service where he was then promoted as Staff Inspector before he retired. Roy has extensive experience with identification systems including fingerprinting and photography.
